In rare cases where an item in your cart becomes out of stock during checkout, we will notify you with a pop-up message. We recommend saving out-of-stock items in your wish list, as we will notify you when they become available again.

At Nour, we currently offer shipping only within the UAE.

Purchasing on Nour is easy! Browse through our immersive and content-driven platform, explore the items you love, and click on the desired item. Then, click on the "Add to Bag" button. We will add the item to your cart, which you can access by clicking the bag or cart icon on the desktop or the app. Once you've added all your desired items, proceed to the Secure Checkout section. Follow the prompts to complete the checkout process and finalise your purchase.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. However, this does not guarantee that your order has been fully processed. For card payment, your order will only be accepted once your payment details are approved, the delivery address is verified, and the items are located and prepared for shipment. You will then receive an email or message from us confirming your order. We will promptly inform you of any issues, and your payment will not be processed. Our team will make a courtesy call for Cash on Delivery orders to confirm your address and telephone number before dispatching your items.

Currently, we do not offer the option to change or amend items in an existing order. If you wish to change or add items, you must cancel the original order and place a new one. However, we are actively working on developing this option for our customers in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Pre-ordering allows you to get early access to coveted collections before the official launch. By placing a pre-order, you secure the item before it sells out. Once the item is available, we will deliver it soon.

For all Pre-Order items, full payment is required when placing the order.

You can pay for your Pre-Order item using a debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting other payment methods for pre-order items.

The shipping time for your order will depend on the expected release date mentioned on the product page. We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible, and you can track the progress of your shipment on the My Orders page.

Pre-Orders are available only in the UAE. You can enjoy the convenience of pre-ordering items to secure your desired products.

We will keep you informed every step of the way. Once your Pre-Order item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email, a push notification, and an SMS to notify you about the shipment.

You can cancel your Pre-Order item anytime by visiting the My Orders section on our app. Please note that for Pre-Order items, the refund will be issued 7-10 business days.

If you decide to return your Pre-Order item within 30 days of receiving it, you can visit the My Orders section on our app. If it is a returnable item, we will process the return and on quality check completion, the refund amount will be credited back into your within 7-10 business days.
