If you have missed all three delivery attempts within the UAE, kindly contact our Customer Care team to arrange a new delivery for your order.

To change your delivery time, please get in touch with our Customer Care team or the last mile partner customer care, who will assist you in fulfilling your request based on availability.

If you have yet to receive your free gift, the stock for the gift has been exhausted. Please note that the gifts are available only while supplies last.

If your order status is "Ordered" and the item has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order. Simply visit the Order Details page in the "My Account" section and select the cancel button. If payment has already been processed, you will receive a refund within 7-10 working days.

If your order was delivered to the wrong address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team with your Order ID and the correct address details. Our team will investigate your request and respond to you within four working days.

Tracking your order is simple. Just visit the "My Orders" section under "More" in the app or "My Account" on the desktop. You will find the status of your order, whether it's "Ordered," "Shipped," or "Delivered." Alternatively, the "Track My Order" feature in the app menu and website footer can be used.

Please visit the "Track My Order" or "My Orders" section to check your order's status. Our team will make two more attempts if we can't reach you during the scheduled delivery time. If all delivery attempts are missed, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and your order will be cancelled. You will then receive a refund within 7-10 business days.

Please contact our Customer Care team to change your delivery address or reschedule the delivery date. Please note that if your order has already been shipped changes to the address may not be possible. Also, any address changes should be within the original country of delivery.

For orders above AED 200, we offer free delivery within the UAE. The shipping fees for orders below AED 150 are AED 15.

The delivery timelines vary depending on the country. In the UAE, we offer next business day delivery, and 3-4 day delivery in the remote areas of UAE.
