RETURNS & REFUNDS

To add store credit to your account, you can do so by initiating a return for your Cash on Delivery order or by participating in any promotional activity from Nour.

Returning a product is simple. Just visit the "My Orders" section under "More" in the app or "My Account" on the desktop. Click on your specific order and press the "Return" button. Provide the reason for the return. You must select your pickup date, time, and place for orders outside the UAE and submit your request. If your order is eligible for return, it will be returned with 4-5 business days.

Please refer to your return request confirmation email to check the refunded amount. It will include the breakdown of your refund and the credit memo.

Unfortunately, editing a return request is not possible. However, you can include all the items you wish to return during pickup. Once the items reach our warehouse and pass the quality check, we will process the refund accordingly.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days only, as per our policy. Unfortunately, we can only process returns for items within this timeframe.

Before creating a Return Request, please ensure your order status is marked as "Complete". If the status still needs to be updated, kindly send us an inquiry with your order number, and we will confirm when you can proceed with your return. If you have already placed a Return Request for an order, you can only place a second one once the process is complete.

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team, who will assist you in cancelling your return request.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer item exchanges. Instead, you can return the item within 30 days and place a new order for the desired item.

Once your Return Request is submitted and the order has been collected, our specialists will conduct a quality check on the returned items within 4-5 days. You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit & Debit cards: Your bank will credit the refund within 10 working days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be provided as store credit within 48 hours.
- Store Credit: Credits will be refunded within 48 hours.

You can easily track your return by visiting the “My Orders” section under the “More” tab in the app or the “My Account” section on the desktop. The different statuses provide information about the progress of your return, from the initial request to the final approval and refund process.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as store credit, which can be used anywhere across our website. However, receiving cash back is not available as a refund option.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Eligible return items must be unused, in the original packaging with the tags still attached, and in a resellable condition.

Returns are cost-free, meaning you will not incur any charges when returning items to us.
