Apply a light oil, serum or lotion to clean skin. You can create your own Gua Sha routine, or use the following techniques to sculpt your face – just be sure to massage both sides of your face evenly. Mermaid Gua Sha can also be used to relieve tense or sore muscle on your body.
Place the inner edge of the Gua Sha next to your nose, with the 'tail' facing up. Smooth the Gua Sha across your cheek, finishing at your ear. Repeat 5 to 10 times.
Place the V-edge of the 'tail' on your chin. Smooth the Gua Sha across your jawline, behind your ear, down your neck. Repeat 5 to 10 times.
Use the edge of the Gua Sha to massage your forehead, in upward motions.
Use one of the rounded 'tail' points to smooth under your eyebrow. Use the facial massage roller ball around orbital eye area.
