Have an ‘adaptation period’ when using retinol. Week 1 & 2 - use only 2 to 3 times a week at night Week 3 onwards - apply every other night After cleansing, at the moisturiser step, spread over the entire face. *The adaptation period phase can be shortened or extended depending on individual differences. Maintain this phase until no discomfort is experienced.
